Banded Rear Delt Stretch

A standing stretch that targets the rear shoulder by pulling one arm across the body against band tension.

Instructions

  1. 01

    Loop a band around one arm and hold the other end.

  2. 02

    Draw that arm horizontally across your chest.

  3. 03

    Use the band to deepen the pull gently.

  4. 04

    Hold for 20 to 30 seconds, breathing steadily.

  5. 05

    Switch sides and repeat.
