EZ-Bar Front Raise

A two-handed front raise with an EZ-bar. The angled grip is easier on the wrists than a straight bar while still letting both hands drive the same load.

Instructions

  1. 01

    Stand holding an EZ-bar with an overhand grip on the inner bends, arms hanging in front of the thighs.

  2. 02

    Keep the elbows slightly bent and fixed throughout.

  3. 03

    Raise the bar in a smooth arc up to shoulder height.

  4. 04

    Pause briefly at the top, then lower under control.

  5. 05

    Repeat for the recommended number of repetitions.
