Instructions

  1. 01

Kneel in front of a stability ball and place your shins or feet on top of it.

  2. 02

Set the hands on the floor under the shoulders in a high-plank position.

  3. 03

Brace the core hard — the ball will want to roll sideways.

  4. 04

Lower the chest to the floor by bending the elbows.

  5. 05

Press back up to the starting position without letting the ball wobble.

  6. 06

Repeat for the recommended number of repetitions.
